After the Scie'tar, the Kistin is the second guitar to come out of the Self-Made Blues workshops during the first period of confinement.
This project was carried out in large part by Dusk's father, with elements left by him in the family garage (DIY a family affair!):
- A Stratocaster copy body (whose neck is part of the Delft Blue Guitar);
- A copper chestnut pan found in a garage sale.
The result is a 6-string fully slide guitar.
The body of the chestnut pan is integrated into that of the Stratocaster copy, previously cut. A wooden handle is made around that of the pan. We then add microphones and tuners, and here is the Kistin!
